Ana Aragão x Álvaro Siza Vieira

The Artwork O Céu Sobre marks a special encounter between the artist and the architect.

On november 2025, Ana Aragão had the pleasure of announcing the launch of a series of prints in collaboration with the famous architect Álvaro Siza Vieira.

This collaboration was born after a somewhat spontaneous encounter. It revealed itself to be not a simple reunion between two artistic individuals but, above all, an important and significant opportunity for Ana to meet an idol. A striking, inspirational and loved reference of the Arts and Culture on a national and international level.

Siza Vieira is as a man whose willingness to create doesn’t run out. In his characteristic simplicity and lucidity, the Master added his ineffaceable mark and contributed to a new reading of Ana´s work.  

A special and deeply felt thank you to the Architect, as well as the entirety of his wonderful team whose work was essential to this project.
